Why wouldn't you want to bite into this slice of watermelon? And where is Ace Jackalope? Really, this one is too easy.

It's in Lincoln, Ill., near the railroad depot. I recognized the watermelon, even without Ace's button.

The watermelon looks like it needs a paint job -- it's faded a bit since my last visit.
Yeppers - Ace was in Lincoln, Illinois. As to the state of the paint, the picture was taken in July of 2006. We'll have more photos from Lincoln for Lincoln's birthday, which we like to celebrate because...well, for one thing he was a snazzy dresser, what with that proto-Johnny Cash "man in black" look.
That can only be found in Lincoln, IL - the town where I was born!
